Aaron Feinberg is a Photographer from Kauai, Hawaii (USA).

Working mainly outdoors, like Jason Tag from Hawaii too, for sure a question of magic landscapes, Aaron has a true predilection for BW photographs.

That said, I've discovered a man with a poetic vision of the nude combined with a wonderful sense of the composition. Do I need to talk about his so expressive art models, his lights, etc. including his outstanding talent ? No, you'll see it in each image of this too short feature.

In fact, Aaron has touched my poet's heart. And big cherry on a delicious chocolate cake with a lot of "crème chantilly", he's one the kindest artist I met and who gives a true sense to this : "do the things seriously but never take yourself seriously" !

Therefore I'm very happy and proud to welcome him. Thanks a lot Aaron ! What a wonderful work.

I have come into photography after playing a game of cat and mouse with the medium.

As a child there were courses at summer camp, the gift of a camera here and there, but nothing really grabbed a hold of me. Always the interest but never the true desire. Then, while ski bumming in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, with a little point and shoot someone saw something in my ski photos and said “Hey, you should keep shooting”.

The sense of the supernatural.


George Schmauch, travels a lot. In Photography. You'll admire here all the facets of his talent.

George is American, from Pennsylvania, a lovely state.

He likes to read H.P. Lovecraft or William Burroughs, Jorge Luis Borges, what means a lot, and his favorite photographers are Ellen von Unwerth, Bernd Hilla Becher, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Helmut Newton... what means a lot too and again. Of course.

A zest of classicism, the perpetual search for The expression (he's an "expressionist" afficionado), a lot of imagination and something to tell us, check the symbols in his work, here and there, I've found all that walking very slowly in his gallery.

"Hammond Shifts"

" In a glance we know its shape, its function. Though now obsolescent, we can immediately identify the device. However upon meditation we may begin to see that a typewriter is not a singular unit, not "one thing" but many things.

Each typewriter is the sum of hundreds, perhaps thousands of finely crafted interlocking components. Each piece is unique in function and specialized to the myriad of manufacturers and designs that flourished at the beginning of the 20th century. See it as the engine of office drudgery and bureaucracy, a piece of functional sculpture, or as a modern mechanical symphony of moving parts, gears and levers. Only see it."

The first nude shooting of Kevin Stiles was in November 2008... But it's not a sudden passion.

As a very experienced painter who taught art during more than twenty years, Kevin has always been attracted by the female curves. Artistic nude photography is simply a new way he wanted to explore since a long time, with success as you see it. And I'll add : of course. Because the shadows, the colors and the composition have no secrets for him.

So, Kevin Stiles photographs talented nude art models since seven months... with amazing results. Consequently, here is a new contributing artist that we'll follow step by step.

In order to make a living, I got my master's degree from Southern Connecticut State University and taught art for over twenty years at the high school level.

That experience opened my eyes to how much fun this whole genre can be.

My initial interest in shooting models was to utilize the imagery I capture and transpose them into one of my surrealist creations. I did that with Heather K and I am currently working on a piece from a recent shoot with Lady Eastwick.

Scott Brown is an Australian self-taught photographer, which means a tough apprenticeship, a clear preference for outdoor shoots, shared by a large majority of Australian photographers... and, of course, a deep and obsessive passion to become the experienced and successful photographer he is now.

His main focus is artistic nude photography, but Scott works in a wide range of styles. Portrait, art, casual, fashion, swimwear, glamour, nude, nude art, all is fine for him, the essential being to shoot and shoot again, to gain more experience.

" If you have gotten this far you probably realise that my name is Scott Brown. I am based in Sydney, Australia, which is full of fantastic locations for photoshoots.

I have been taking photographs for years now as a hobby which in the past few years has turned to an obsession.

My focus was generally on nature and landscape. Having had no formal art or photography training I have found myself learning from trial and error - well some trial but mostly error ! That has meant many rolls of film, and in more recent years, somewhere in the vicinity of 40,000 digital photographs.

I did my first model photoshoot about 4 to 5 years ago and I haven't looked back since.

I have always loved art and I finally found something that I am at least not totally hopeless at. My first nude photoshoot was in January 2005 and now I have done several.

Generally I prefer to do outdoor shoots over indoor/studio work and I love mixing human form in with nature.

I also find that outdoors is more relaxing, fun and adventurous. It gets my mind working more creatively."
